From December 2006, the GeoInfo Co. Ltd. will distribute QuickBird Value-added Imagery Products from DigitalGlobe for Vietnam territory.
DigitalGlobe’s Basic Imagery products are designed for users having advanced image processing capabilities. DigitalGlobe supplies QuickBird camera model information with each Basic Imagery product to allow customers to perform sophisticated photogrammetric processing such as orthorectification and three-dimensional feature extraction. Basic Imagery is the least processed image product of the DigitalGlobe product suite. Corrections for radiometric distortions and adjustments for internal sensor geometry, optical and sensor distortions are performed on each scene ordered.
Basic Imagery can be acquired directly from the DigitalGlobe archive or can be tasked by submitting a new collection request. Basic Imagery is ordered by the scene and minimum of 10.000 kilometer square per order. Products are delivered on the customer’s choice of standard digital media.
