On Jul. 5, 2006 the GeoInfo has started contract with Forestry Ecology Center, the University of Forestry, Xuan Mai, on supplement of ASTER, MODIS and mosaicked SRTM DEM of Vietnam area. The satellite images have gone through preprocessing, geometric correction before transferring to FEC.
